LIVONIA, Michigan – January 2, 2008. NetMD Business today announced the merger of NetMD Business, Inc. and Emergency Resources, Inc. Merger paperwork has been completed with the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth and is effective January 1, 2008. Prior to the merger, NetMD Business had been exclusively focused on Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software deployment.
